I'm Kalani. Nashville kid, spent a few years hunting ghosts before the food took over. Most of the work is in Britain — pubs, chippies, towns most travel guides skip — but if a plate's worth flying for, the camera comes along.
Sav (my wife) runs the newsletter with me — everything else is me with a camera, a fork, and a suspicious amount of gravy on the plate.
The socials are the live feed. This site is the long-form: rankings, city guides, the reviews that don't fit in 60 seconds. If you've been following along, welcome — glad you came over.

How we got here.
1998
Born in Nashville, Tennessee.
2011
Age 11: see what I swear was a Civil War drummer boy at the Shiloh battlefield. Set the course.
2019
Wedding videographer by day, Tennessee State Capitol by day-also. Neither sticks.
2020
Quit the desk job. Moved into the car. Filmed ghost investigations full-time.
2023
First UK food review. Full English. Couldn't stop.
2024
Scotland, South Shields, Sheffield on rotation. Most meals eaten away from home.
2025
Started writing it all down on this site. Joined up with Sav on the newsletter.
